Your Permission Slip

Welcome, I'm so glad you're giving yourself permission to just be for a moment.

For years, I've spent my days hustling. Building businesses, cultivating relationships, and creating beautiful nails. I have spent a lot of energy creating space for women.

Space to grow.

Space to slow down.

To cry.

To laugh.

To celebrate.

To process. 

To sit across from another woman and feel seen, if only for a couple of hours.

What I am starting to realize is that I need that space, too. 

In May of this year,  life got beautifully slow. I welcomed my second son into the world and for the first time in a long time, the pace of life changed. My days became slower. My world, even smaller. In the quiet moments, I started noticing the life I had been rushing past. 

The morning light spilling into the house and coffee before it got cold.

The way my older son admired his new brother.

The way the smell of fresh flowers filled my kitchen and the comfort in staying home. 

When I slowed down enough to see the life around me, I found myself romanticizing it more and more. And, somewhere in the middle of a fresh postpartum life... SUNDAY was born. 

Not as a business or another project.

But as a love letter to my soul. 

A reminder that rest does not have to be earned and beauty isn't reserved for special occasions. 

The ordinary moments are often the ones we cherish the most.

SUNDAY is my permission slip. And maybe it can be yours, too. 

This is a place for thoughtful conversations, beautiful rituals, inspiration, and the everyday moments that shape who we become. 

We'll talk about beauty. Home. Motherhood. Business. Books. Style. Community and everything in between. 

But more than anything, I hope this becomes a place where you feel a little less pressure to keep up, and a little more permission to simply be.
